Put on your swimsuit, walk up to the rooftop, and relax in the hot tub while enjoying gorgeous sunsets over the ocean and incredible views of the iconic Oceanside pier lit up at night.

This beautiful single family home’s modern decor includes a palette of soothing neutral colors and pops of ocean blue. There is room to spare in this vacation rental - from the large sectional couch in the great room to the grand and extensive chef’s kitchen. There are four formal bedrooms so everyone in your party can spread out and make themselves at home. This home sleeps and can accommodate up to ten guests.

Channel your inner chef in this expansive, updated kitchen with chocolate wash cabinetry, a built-in refrigerator, and Kitchen-aid appliances. When you’re done cooking, take your meal out to the dining area and enjoy a view of the Oceanside pier in the background. Right off the kitchen, the family room is a great place to unwind at the end of the day.  Open the sliders, put a pillow behind your head, feel the fresh ocean breeze and listen to the waves crash. 

There are two bedrooms on each floor. On the first floor there is an ocean view bedroom with a king-sized bed. Guests of this room can enjoy the attached courtyard, which includes a small patio and a grassy yard. The other bedroom on this floor also has a king-sized bed, as well as a walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and a private patio. 

The second floor has an open concept layout.  This floor is just as bright as the first floor because it is filled with windows that frame the incredible views while flooding the area with natural light. The spacious third bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a huge walk-in closet. In the fourth bedroom there is one queen-size bed.

When you book a home through Oceanside Beach Rentals there are no refunds unless we can rebook your dates for the same terms. Payment in full due 90 days from check in. No smoking and no pets please.

The ocean, level of sand, access to the beach and the weather is something that changes daily. During your stay there may be more or less sand than shown in the photos depending on the tides and the current weather conditions.

Please also note that the city of Oceanside has specific restrictions on vacation homes. Our homes can only be used by the registered guests - parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. The home is only able to accommodate the guests listed on your reservation.
