Sands Villa is decorated in soothing shades of seafoam and aqua. There is travertine and limestone flooring throughout the home, providing an upscale decor experience that is also beach sand friendly. This luxury home’s gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and is fully stocked with professional grade appliances and kitchen gadgets. There are three spacious bedrooms with a total of two California King beds and two Queen beds. Additionally, there are also two Queen sleeper sofas for guests to use. Three luxurious bathrooms provide a spa-like experience for guests. The villa includes a/c units.

Guests have the use of two oceanfront patios with a fire pit. lounge furniture, and a private BBQ. This Oceanside beach villa is the perfect spot to spend evenings with family and friends - toast marshmallows, make some s’mores, enjoy a cocktail, and watch the magnificent sunsets. During the day, this patio is a great location for watching the whales and dolphins play while the waves crash right before your eyes. View miles and miles of California coastline as you sit back, relax in the sun, and enjoy everything the beach has to offer.

This home has two indoor parking spaces jn a shared parking garage. Free WiFi is available throughout the home and each bedroom and living area has a flat screen TV and DVD player.
