Guests have a choice of three bedrooms - each one has a king-sized bed. The master bedroom comes with an attached en suite bathroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are a total of two bathrooms in the townhome.  

Dramatic ocean views can be enjoyed from the dining room and the comfortable living room, which has seating for your whole group. Guests will definitely want to make use of this home’s incredible kitchen. It comes fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you’ll need to prepare gourmet meals. You can choose to eat indoors or out on the patio - either way you can still take in the endless ocean views while you dine.

This beach rental includes secure garage parking for two cars under the building and guests can take an elevator right up to the front door of the unit! This condo is all on one level, which makes it highly accessible. This home is a great fit for families with young children or anyone who would rather avoid stairs. 

HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY AND LIMITATIONS: The condo is handicapped accessible, but not handicapped equipped.

The ocean, level of sand, access to the beach and the weather is something that changes daily. During your stay there may be more or less sand than shown in the photos depending on the tides and the current weather conditions.

Please also note that the city of Oceanside has specific restrictions on vacation homes. Our homes can only be used by the registered guests - parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. The home is only able to accommodate the guests listed on your reservation.
