Q. What are your rates? If you click on book now for any property you will be given an estimate. Please note Holidays and Summer are at higher rates.

Our San Diego county beachfront rentals offer excellent amenities and easy access to local food and entertainment. You’ll love staying with your friends and family at one of our Oceanside rentals!

Q. What time is check in and checkout?

A. Check in is at 4 pm check in and 10am check out for most properties.  All guests are required to agree to and follow the Oceanside Good Neighbor Policy

Q. What is the minimum stay?

A. The minimum stay varies for each property but the City of Oceanside has a two night minimum stay requirement. Please inquire for a specific stay.

Q. Can I bring pets to an Oceanside rental?

A. A few of our properties are pet friendly. Please let us know you have a pet, and we are happy to discuss and point out best match properties. There is a fee for each pet.

Q. Is there a maximum number of people or visiting guests allowed?

A. Yes, each property has a maximum and specific rules regarding total number of people allowed. If you let us know your sleeping/guest count needs, we can help you find the right property for your group. Please note as per new city of Oceanside rules:  weddings, receptions, engagement parties and birthday celebrations where you have invited additional guests are no longer allowed at any City of Oceanside vacation rental. Sorry.

Q. Are there places to eat nearby?

A. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. See our “local info” page for our favorite places to eat in Oceanside, CA.

Q. Can I see the ocean from my bedroom?

A. It depends on which Oceanside rental you’re staying at. If the bedroom window doesn’t overlook the beach, the living room probably does. Most of our rentals have a patio or a deck where you can enjoy a meal with a view. Browse our properties for a complete description. Q. Is there a fire pit or fire ring we can use?

A. Most of our San Diego beachfront rentals have a wood fire ring you are welcome to roast marshmallows over. You furnish your firewood that is easily purchased at the local grocery stores.  Our other properties have gas firepits.

Q. Is the kitchen fully equipped and are linens supplied?

A. Of course,  All of the Oceanside beach vacation rentals have fully stocked kitchens. Fresh linens are supplied for all beds and sofa sleepers. One bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per guest.

Q.  When is payment due?

A. Unless we make special arrangements, payment in full is due 90 days from check in. 

Q.  Is there a sandy beach?

A. Many  of the homes have a private beach backyard or private access to a sandy beach. As is the case for any beachfront property in California, the level of sand and size of waves changes daily.  We can not make any promise about the condition of or access to the beach.  We cant control Mother Nature....but we will try :)

Q  Are these homes wheelchair friendly?

A. Private Beach Houses are  not suitable for elderly, infirmed or those with stability or mobility issues. Hotels are better suited for those guests with special needs.
