It’s perfect for families, friends, and multi-generations wanting a place to be together on the beach. Kids and those young at heart will build sandcastles and boogie boards in the waves right in front of this house. You will never want to leave the privacy and exclusivity of this property. The huge, white sandy private beach and large beachfront patio are an ideal setting for BBQing hotdogs and hamburgers on the beach. Each evening you can build bonfires on the beach and watch beautiful sunsets while your kids make s'mores. It is perfect when you want to be ON the beach, not just near the beach.  We have a set of cement steps that takes you from private beach to public beach and ocean.    Sorry, this is a no pets property.
Inside the home is just as impressive.  The brand new chef's kitchen features professional appliances and stunning ocean views. The large living room / great room enjoys expansive ocean views There is an impressive 2 story beachfront deck at this  San Diego and Oceanside rental from where you can dine while watching magnificent beach sunsets. The home also features is a beautiful and private walled front yard garden courtyard with a BBQ. You will enjoy using the private outdoor shower after a day on the beach. If you are on the private beach and want to go to the public beach or water, all you have to do is go down 10 private cement steps on the far right. The five -bedroom, three-bathroom home is furnished and supplied with everything you need for a relaxing week on the beach. Bedroom number one has a Cal King Bed. Bedroom number two also has a Cal King bed. These first two bedrooms are on the same level as the kitchen, living room, and upper deck. Downstairs, there are three more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Bedroom number three has a Cal King bed, an en suite bath, and an ocean view. Bedroom number four has a queen bed and an ocean view.  Bedroom number 5 has two queen sleeper sofas and a stunning ocean view.

Free high-speed WIFI and "smart" flat-screen TVs are installed for your enjoyment.  An enclosed two-car garage is also provided. This home is beyond spacious and is complete with everything you will need for a week on the beach. This will become your favorite beach house you will return to year after year, creating wonderful family memories.

Both the Villages of Carlsbad and Oceanside are less than a mile away.   Fun restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride. Bring your beach cruisers because we have miles of coastal trails and it's always fun to ride to the shops and restaurants nearby. We are only 10 minutes from Legoland and an easy drive to Seaworld and San Diego Zoo.

Note:    All homes on the beach sit behind some type of a rock barrier, protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos. We can't control the amount of sun or sand but we will try! There is a public access to the South but the accessibility depends on the tides, level of sand, etc. and you will have to traverse some rocks to get to the beach below.

There are several bike rentals in the area and lots of coastal bike trails. You can even ride around the beach area checking out Oceanside's famous murals We are close by to Legoland and not too far from the San Diego Zoo and Seaworld.  Disney land is an easy drive.  We have two farmers markets on Thursday.
